Costs/Insurance/Billing

The total cost of an evaluation varies based on the type of evaluation requested and the amount of testing required.  Most comprehensive evaluations will range between $2500 - 3500 dollars.  You will be provided with an estimate after we learn a little bit more about what you are looking for during your initial phone or email contact. 

Payment is required at the time of service and is typically collected in two to three payments as we progress through the evaluation process: 

  1. After the initial intake and testing appointments are completed.

  2. After the report is written and a feedback appointment is completed.


For payments, we accept credit cards (VISA or Mastercard) or personal checks. 

We do not currently bill any insurance companies for payment of services.  After the evaluation is complete and all final payments are received, we can provide you with a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance company so you can try to receive reimbursement for the costs associated with the evaluation.  Please note that we cannot guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you for any portion of the costs.
