Val Burt
Valley Burt (Val) graduated with distinction from the University of Colorado Boulder, receiving a BA in psychology and neuroscience, and is currently an MSW student at Colorado State University.
She has worked with a wide range of populations as an oncology technician, pediatric CNA, and retirement facility care provider. She has experience in crisis response and community organizing, and is a National Council certified instructor for youth and adult Mental Health First Aid.
Val is currently logging hours to obtain National Association of Psychometrists certification.

Val was born and raised in Colorado, but spent two years in London, Ontario attending the University of Western Ontario.
She and her dog Darwin enjoy all that life in Colorado has to offer, including hiking, biking, camping, and kayaking. Val has summited seven of Colorado’s 14ers, but Darwin has only bagged two.
